3, IS0 7388/1 shank nail (commonly known as IS0 7388/2-40/50) θ Angle has 45° and 75°;

For the thread G of the shank puller, except for the ANSI/ASME shank puller that has an inch thread standard, the other three are metric threads. The 40# shank puller is usually M16 thread, and the 50# shank puller is usually M24 thread.

2. HSK vacuum Knife handle 1:10
The German standard for HSK vacuum shank is DIN69873. There are six standards and specifications, namely HSK-A, HSK-B, HSK-C, HSK-D, HSK-E and HSK-F, and three are commonly used: HSK-A (automatic tool change with in-band cold), HSK-C (manual tool change with in-band cold) and HSK-E(automatic tool change with in-band cold, high-speed type).
The universal tool holder of 7:24 is connected by the 7:24 cone of the tool holder and the 7:24 cone of the main shaft hole of the machine tool. It has limitations in three aspects: high-speed machining, connection rigidity and coincidence accuracy.
The HSK vacuum tool holder is deformed by the elasticity of the tool holder. Not only the 1:10 cone of the tool holder is in contact with the 1:10 cone of the main shaft hole of the machine tool, but also the flange plate surface of the tool holder is in close contact with the spindle surface. This double-sided contact system is superior to the universal tool holder in terms of high-speed machining, connection rigidity and coincidence accuracy.
